Repent and Remember
God’s warning to the people of Jerusalem and Samaria through Micah was simple. “LOOK! The Lord is coming.” For too long they had allowed idols to coexist with God in their hearts and lives. Now, judgment was at hand. But the people are not left without hope. Micah reminds them that God is slow to anger, loving and compassionate to those who repent. In this first sermon of the series, pastor Jin challenges us to identity the idols we allow to coexist with God in our own lives; encourages us to repent of our sins and weep for the sins of others; and reminds us of our ultimate hope for restoration, Christ alone.
