Paul Keisling is the co-founder of Project Transition which operates psychiatric rehabilitation programs in Pennsylvania and Tennessee. For over thirty years, Paul served as the CEO of Project Transition. He has now transitioned into the role of Training and Development as he seeks to support a new generation of leadership in his field. Paul holds a BA in Behavioral Science from Messiah College and a Masters of Social Work from Temple University. He is a frequent presenter on mental health topics, program development and Servant Leadership
Paul has served in various leadership roles in local churches including elder, church planting, small group ministry leader, young adult ministries, and teaching at various levels within the church. He has a passion for the local church and is committed to developing leaders who can both follow the Lord and lead others in a strategic fashion.
