Biography
As a missionary kid, I was born in Caracas, Venezuela. Because of this, I was a citizen of 2 countries until I turned 18 years old. I have been in 9 different countries and love to travel and see God’s beautiful creation and his incredible creativity in different cultures. My family returned to Pennsylvania when I was in 3rd grade where I attended a Christian school for 2 years and then switched to public school from 5th-12th grade.
2009 was a busy year for me; Graduated from Cairn University in May, married my beautiful wife, Jolie, in June and moved to the Chelten area in July. I have served in the Youth Ministry at Chelten since 2006 then joined the Chelten Ministry Staff in 2011 as a full time ministry director. My wife and I have an incredible son, Carter (2012) and a beautiful little girl, Camryn (2015).
Why Youth Ministry?
I remember being a middle and high school student; the pressures, the awkwardness, the struggles. I know the importance of having men and women pour into my life and point me to Jesus. My desire is that through the fun, ice cream, retreats and conversations, that students would experience the love and kindness of Jesus through me and know that they are not alone. Above ALL, I want students to know that JESUS IS BETTER… than anything!! Being in relationship with Him is the most important thing in life.

Bible Verse: Romans 12:1-2. “Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.”
Why? Worship is so much more than a song, a service or youth group event. It’s so much more! It includes all of life. “Proper worship” includes all of life as a response to God’s mercy to us shown to us most fully and clearly in Jesus Christ’s sacrifice on the cross.
Random Fact: I graduated high school at 16 years old.
