As we embark on our new sermon series on the church, let us first fix our eyes on Jesus, who is the Lord of the church, the head of the body. Christ has supreme authority and power, yet he uses that power to bless and rescue you.
What does it mean to be the church when we can’t go to church? Our new series, “God’s New Community,” explores the images of what being God’s church means. Today we introduce the series by looking at the church as the body of Christ, the bride of Christ, the temple of God, and the family of God.
