This Sunday we celebrate with six individuals who are professing their faith in Jesus Christ and reenacting the Gospel story through baptism.
You don’t want to miss this exciting time! Both the 9:00 and 11:00 services will be live-streamed.

“I Am” Means “I Must”
Discussion Questions
- When you hear a command to obey in Scripture that you must obey, what is your first response?
- What are two ways that God’s commands direct us to flourish as humans made in God’s image?
- Is it easier for you to think about your identity in Christ or your duty to obey Christ? Why is it important to keep both in proper balance?

Ordination Celebration
You are invited to join us for the ordination of Pastor Jon Shepherd on Sunday, November 7th at 6 pm at Chelten. We will celebrate God’s calling in his life through worship and with God’s Word. A reception will be held after the ordination service in the Fellowship Hall
Please be praying for Pastor Shep during his sabbatical and vacation, November 10 – December 13. Shep will be available again and back in the office on Tuesday, December 14.
We pray that this will be a time of rest and refreshment while spending concentrated time with the Lord and with Jolie, Carter and Camryn. Also, during this time, the Shepherd family will be traveling to Florida to visit the children they are hoping to adopt. Let’s keep them all in prayer!
If a need should arise, please reach out to Pastor Bill Krewson, Pastor Jin Lee, or the Chelten church office | 215.646.5557. Thank you.
