Mid-Week Update
Pastoral Leadership Team
Week of Prayer
As a kingdom of priests (Rev 1:6), we have the joy of interceding for others in prayer (1 Tim 2:1), continually coming boldly before God’s throne with confidence for our own needs and on behalf of the world around us (1 Thess 5:17 & Heb 4:16).
Join us at 7:30pm each night from Monday, October 26 – Friday, October 30 for a 1-hour virtual prayer meeting. Come to one or all five. Come for the full hour or as much as you are able to. We will not be praying for a specific candidate or party, but rather humbling ourselves before God asking for:
- wisdom for the leaders in our government
- humility, unity and love across the church
- peace, justice and the good for all of our nation
- the Kingdom of God to grow in and through us
- and much more!
The link to the Zoom meeting, password and phone-in option will be sent out to the Chelten members and attenders this Sunday afternoon.
